Dew Diligence: Grace of God

10/02/2026

Ephesians 2: 8-10 KJV

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”

We are the workmanship of God, created in His image, saved by His grace. unto good works. Not to boast pridefully, but rather to honor God. And in process, desiring to become more like our Savior, we must repent of our sin and learn from our errors so not repeat them.

His grace is a gift, unearned favor and forgiveness, not to be treated lightly or casually. As imperfect human beings, we do make errors.

Hebrews 4:16

says,

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
